I’ve used so many all natural methods and products on my cat and on my carpet . Vaccuming 2 times a day essential oil sprays powders . cat 1-2 a day with natural flea shampoo. I never thought I’d say it but I think I have to go for the bomb. Me and my child are bit 50 times over. I feel that we are more likely to get ill from contracting a disease from fleas then very, very responsibly using a bomb. Sorry mother earth. :(

Hi Theresa,

I understand your frustration. However, instead of using a bomb, you might consider a spot spray, such as Knockout or Siphotrol. These will kill both eggs and larva, as well as adult fleas, and you’ll be able to spray them on the specific areas that are infested, as opposed to fogging your entire home. If you haven’t tried these before, it might be worth a shot. They’re both available from Entirely Pets.

Hi, I use REGULAR Dawn dishwashing liquid to bath my cat and dog it DOES kill fleas as soon as the suds gets to them. I highly recommend the dawn detergent and it doesn’t dry your pets skin.
